We are seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking, and team-focused Verification Specialist / Call Center Representative. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely background checks while delivering a high level of professionalism in reputed company interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Verify employment, education, and references by contacting appropriate sources. Conduct 70+ professional and clear phone calls daily. Gather information reputed company using phone, fax, and email. Research and retrieve data accurately from various websites and databases. Provide timely updates to clients on verification reputed company. Support team goals by completing additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications reputed company: Minimum of 2+ years in call center or customer service roles and 1 year in an office environment. Educated or reputed company: A college degree in Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, Journalism, or Political Science (preferred) or 3+ years of reputed company work experience. Fast and Accurate: Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with high accuracy. Trustworthy: Able to pass reputed company clearance to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).
