• Conduct thorough and accurate commercial title examinations for properties in multiple states.
• Research and analyze legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and maps, to determine the property's history and ownership.
• Verify and review public records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of title information.
• Identify and resolve any potential title issues or defects.
• Communicate with underwriters and clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
• Prepare and review title commitments, title reports, and other necessary documents.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of title examinations.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company tasks.
