Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instructional Designer to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. • * Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• * Implement instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
• * Continuously assess and improve existing learning materials and programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
