Range: $39 - 44 per hour We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Instructional Designer to join our client's team for a remote, contract to perm opportunity! The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training materials that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role demands a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and multimedia development. Responsibilities: Design and reputed company engaging training materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and multimedia content. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and reputed company curriculum plans. Utilize adult learning theories and instructional design models to create effective learning experiences. reputed company and edit scripts for use with AI voice-over software (e.g., WellSaid, reputed company). Create and edit multimedia content using reputed company programs (Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing tools (Camtasia, Premiere, reputed company Vegas). Write effective instructional text, audio, and video scripts. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and flexibility. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, and development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 3 years of instructional design experience or a 4-year instructional design degree). 3+ years of relevant training and development experience. Proficiency with authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline 360 and reputed company reputed company. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly reputed company Learning. Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models. Experience with reputed company programs (Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing software (Camtasia, Premiere, reputed company Vegas) preferred. Familiarity with AI voice-over software (WellSaid, reputed company) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in reputed company Windows and Office. Ability to multitask and work reputed company in a busy office environment.
