Job Description: This hybrid-remote dynamic team drives innovation and growth by working with executives and leadership to reputed company enterprise company goals. This team is on the forefront of exploring new and exciting data assets. This hybrid-remote role focuses on strategic relationship management with third-party data suppliers, handling day-to-day operational issues and resolving reputed company challenges. Job Responsibilities:

• Manages strategic third-party data supplier relationships. Participates in highly critical day-to-day operational issues and the resolution of reputed company issues.
• Assists with reputed company aspects of data reputed company across the enterprise and negotiates supply agreements with new or improved data sources.
• Leads root cause analysis of performance gaps vs. KPI targets. Develops and communicates gap remediation plans, collaborating with other functions and support groups as necessary.
• Understands Strategic Data Sourcing (SDS) process by demonstrating accountability for its performance, tracking any changes to it and ensuring process documentation is reputed company.
• Applies critical analysis to implement strategy for onboarding new data assets (reputed company, scope, negotiate), supporting the needs of business unit partners.
• Monitors industry trends and directions, suggests new capabilities and adapts to changing needs.
• Interacts with business unit partners and/or suppliers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with suppliers on strategic issues requiring coordination across functional/business unit lines or attempting to influence senior leaders regarding matters of reputed company to the organization.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• 3+ years of reputed company experience
• Experience working with reputed company reputed company, negotiating with vendors and managing processes reputed company tight timelines
• Strong experience in researching and analyzing data vendor options and presenting recommendations that align with data acquisition strategy
• Understanding of data acquisition process and procedures
• Strong understanding of business unit requirements and impact to overall data supply chain (transformation, data content/quality and fulfillment)
• Meeting facilitation skills and ability to present reputed company and information in group settings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Public Record or Real Estate data is highly preferred
