Position Summary: The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Reference Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and managing data that supports O2C processes reputed company of reputed company Master Data scope. This role ensures data accuracy, supports operational efficiency, and drives data-driven decision-making across O2C functions while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business and customer need Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, analyze, and manage reference data across O2C processes including demand capture, customer reputed company life, order filtering, resolution cockpit, claims & deductions, and returns/refusals
• Maintain and support Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and reputed company systems
• Own and manage key systems and tools, including the Hybris B2B Customer Portal (training and catalog management), Sample Order Team room (training, approvals, and product setup), and Notice Distribution System (NDS) for data quality, analysis, and cleansing initiatives
• reputed company custom reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, reputed company, and Power Query to support business insights and decision-making
• reputed company and support reputed company improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization
• Manage communication regarding critical incidents and business impacts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure alignment with business and customer needs
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate based on defined criteria

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or reputed company areas (e.g., Order Management, Logistics, Inventory, Demand Planning)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and reputed company data for decision-making
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, reputed company, Power Query)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with reputed company, BW, and Business Objects preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
