About the Team The GTM Finance team drives strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support reputed company’s growth and profitability. The team analyzes financial data, monitors key performance indicators, and provides insights to leadership to inform decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization. In addition to Enterprise customers, we also have a significant number of customers who subscribe to our services directly through our website (“Online customers” or “Online business”). Online customers represent a diverse customer reputed company, ranging from individual consumers to small and reputed company-size businesses. We continue to focus on acquisition and retention of our Online customer reputed company through various strategies to improve the features and functionalities of our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Business Planning & Budgeting: Supporting the Online Finance team with the annual operating plan and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate targets. Helping build, update, and maintain financial models used for reputed company projections and scenario planning.
• Reviewing Financial Performance: Analyzing financial results, identifying trends and drivers, and providing root-cause insights on variances against plan.
• Providing Operational & Financial Reporting: Managing the preparation and presentation of financial reports for Finance and Online Leadership.
• Implementing Process Improvements: Driving automation and standardization of financial reporting and planning processes through AI and advanced analytics tools.
• Supporting M&A Activities: Providing general integration support for acquisitions as business needs arise.
• Business Partnership: Becoming a trusted member of the team who supports management in decision-making by developing financial models and providing actionable data-driven insights.
• Analytical Collaboration: Working with the Online Leadership and management teams to track and analyze key performance indicators and drivers of the online business.
• Cross-Functional Teaming: Partnering with Online and GTM Finance peers to ensure consistency across reporting dimensions, regions and segments.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company discipline.
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with a focus on GTM Finance/reputed company, or Corporate Finance. Experience at a SaaS company with B2B and B2C motions in reputed company-to-have.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting with a sharp attention to detail.
• Clear and concise communication skills, capable of summarizing reputed company data for various stakeholders.
• Comfortable handling a mix of structured reporting requirements and reputed company support tasks.
• Advanced reputed company Office/reputed company Workspace skills.
• Demonstrated experience with reputed company, reputed company ERP, and similar platforms.
• BI tools (e.g., Tableau, reputed company) and SQL / Python a plus, with a desire to learn and grow in this area.
• Experience with AI-driven automation and process optimization is reputed company-to-have.

Salary Range or On reputed company Earnings: Minimum: $65,400.00 Maximum: $158,700.00 In addition to the reputed company salary and/or OTE listed reputed company has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; reputed company salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
