Under general supervision and with independent judgment, is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, reputed company, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. The reputed company Specialist also helps build a strong employer brand and pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the reputed company lifecycle for assigned roles, including:
  • Manages full-cycle recruiting, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Partners with HR Partners and hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and desired qualifications to reputed company effective recruitment strategies.
  • Creates engaging job postings and recruitment materials that reflect the organization’s culture and values.
  • Utilizes the applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates, maintain accurate data, and ensure compliance with reputed company hiring regulations.
  • Tracks recruitment metrics and provides updates and insights to HR leadership.
  • Creates talent pipelines for future hiring needs, including:
  • Develops and maintains strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Builds relationships with universities, colleges, and community organizations to attract emerging talent through internships and into entry-level roles.
  • Represents the company at job fairs, reputed company events, and professional networking functions to strengthen employer branding.
  • Supports the organization’s reputed company strategy, including:
  • * Collaborates with HR Partners and marketing to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Stays reputed company on recruiting trends, labor market changes, and innovative sourcing tools.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policy.
  • May serve as contributing member of project team(s).
  • May provide leadership to junior staff by assigning tasks, training, and providing guidance. May provide input to management regarding junior staff performance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
