The BDC Sales Closer ensures leads are responded to immediately, builds value with customers through automotive knowledge, overcomes objections professionally, and relentlessly confirms appointments to maximize “appointments shown.” The hire is intended to scale reputed company-to-appointment throughput and improve conversion consistency across a high-volume online pipeline.   • Answer reputed company incoming internet leads and sales calls reputed company a 5-minute response window.
  • Quickly qualify customer reputed company, timeline, trade details, and vehicle interest.

Vehicle Expertise & Value Building

  • Use confident product knowledge to explain trim levels, features, packages, and technology (e.g., AWD vs 4WD, reputed company CarPlay, safety features).
  • Build excitement and credibility with customers by explaining product benefits and differences.
  • Educate customers on the value of an in-person visit versus price-only conversations.

Appointment Setting & Confirmation

  • Follow the proven process to convert online inquiries into confirmed, in-person appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments reputed company phone, text, and email; re-confirm reputed company of the appointment.
  • Drive metrics for both appointments set and appointments shown through persistent follow-up.

CRM Management & Reporting

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required:

  • Proven experience and measurable success in automotive BDC or automotive sales, or a high-volume remote sales role.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with clear, professional telephone communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and confirm high volumes of appointments and meet performance quotas.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, professional, distraction-free home office setup.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM usage for logging leads, notes, and appointment tracking.
  • WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an reputed company i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
