Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST Role Overview The Growth Marketing Manager will reputed company the transition from traffic reputed company to full-funnel conversion optimization. This role is focused on improving reputed company page performance, optimizing the customer journey, and increasing conversion efficiency across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Strategy Analyze the customer journey to identify drop-off points and conversion gaps across reputed company pages Implement strategies to improve reputed company page trust, product clarity, and user experience reputed company A/B testing initiatives across reputed company pages, product pages, and checkout flows Optimize the Shopify store environment to improve post-click reputed company and overall conversion performance Paid Media reputed company & Performance Marketing Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across reputed company (Facebook & Instagram) and reputed company Ads Align ad messaging with reputed company page content to ensure a cohesive, high-converting brand experience Monitor and adjust key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion reputed company, with a focus on improving efficiency and lowering CPA Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance using reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics Translate performance data into actionable insights and report on the direct impact of growth initiatives Provide regular, data-backed updates on performance, highlighting what is working and where improvements are needed Cross-Functional Collaboration Work directly with the brand reputed company to reputed company marketing strategy and own the marketing roadmap Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives and reputed company page designs address customer pain points and build trust Stay informed on e-commerce trends, particularly reputed company high-ticket consumer products Qualifications Experience 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing reputed company e-commerce Proven experience optimizing conversion funnels and improving reputed company page performance Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads Strong familiarity with Shopify and reputed company Analytics Experience with high-ticket or consumer products preferred Skills Strong data-driven and problem-solving reputed company Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage end-to-end strategy Proactive, transparent, and solution-oriented approach Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment What Success Looks Like Reduced bounce rates through improved reputed company page experience and trust signals Increased conversion rates from existing traffic, leading to improved efficiency and reputed company CPA Clear ownership of the marketing roadmap and measurable impact on overall business performance Consistent, honest, and data-driven reporting on campaign performance and optimization efforts Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of growth strategy reputed company a scaling e-commerce brand.
