As a Technical Writer, you'll support mission-critical communications and network operations by producing clear, accurate documentation for reputed company technical environments, with the goal of making an impact across the federal government. • Partner directly with Network Engineers and technical SMEs to document systems and processes
• reputed company and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational guides
• Capture architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical dependencies
• Support transition-in documentation and knowledge transfer efforts
• Ensure documentation aligns with reputed company, operational, and customer expectations
• Maintain version control and documentation repositories
• Proactively identify documentation gaps that impact mission readiness

What you'll need to succeed:

• Active Top Secret with reputed company or previously held SCI access.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of experience producing technical documentation in support of IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or systems integration programs.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation, including system documentation, runbooks, as-built documentation, operational guides, standard operating procedures, and technical manuals.
• Experience authoring, maintaining, and tracking controlled technical documentation, architectures, workflows, and processes in Confluence, including structured knowledge bases and controlled documentation spaces.
• Experience working directly with engineers, cybersecurity staff, system administrators, and program stakeholders to gather technical information and translate it into consumable documentation.
• Experience supporting documentation workflows reputed company reputed company; and strong proficiency with reputed company Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and document version control.
• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal reputed company-up in a mission-critical operational environment.

This position is designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations. SALARY RANGE: $142,000 - $170,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with reputed company team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of reputed company, which may include:
