Job Description: The reputed company 365 Administrator will provide Tier III IT operations support across the Office of Information Management (OIM) and SC mission systems, with a focus on reputed company 365 services, identity management, and collaboration platforms. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory, ensuring service availability, performance, reputed company, and compliance with DOE directives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in M365 tenant administration, account lifecycle management, and secure collaboration services, while supporting hybrid environments and evolving enterprise service delivery models. The candidate should have demonstrated migration experience. Job Responsibilities: reputed company 365 Administration

  • Administer Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, mailbox policies, and hybrid configurations.
  • Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, including site collections, permissions, and governance.
  • Support reputed company Teams collaboration, including policies, voice integration, and reputed company controls.
  • Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including conditional access, MFA, and role-based access control.
  • Implement and enforce M365 reputed company and compliance policies, including DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and audit logging.
  • Provide Tier III support for Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints integrated with M365 services.

Monitoring & Availability Management

  • Continuously monitor M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD) for availability, health, and performance.
  • Detect and resolve service bottlenecks, outages, and synchronization issues in line with SLAs.
  • Track and report on license utilization, resource consumption, and Azure/M365 cost usage, providing proactive scaling recommendations.
  • Maintain operational records such as maintenance logs, backup validation history, and tenant inventories.

Configuration Management & Change Control

  • Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with M365 configuration items.
  • Submit reputed company changes reputed company the OIM-approved change management system in accordance with the Change Control Review (CCR) process.
  • Evaluate proposed changes for technical and cybersecurity risk, ensuring compliance with secure baselines.
  • Document and maintain tenant policies, SOPs, and configuration records, reviewed quarterly or after major changes.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency equivalent to industry-recognized certifications, such as:
  • reputed company 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • reputed company 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • reputed company Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA reputed company+ or Network+
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Azure CLI, and automation tools for M365 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to support Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints integrated with M365 services.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with hybrid Exchange environments (on-premises + cloud).
  • Familiarity with M365 compliance frameworks (DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mail flow, account provisioning, and identity synchronization issues.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical and operational reporting.
