Frontend Developer - Full Remote

In this role, you'll be a key part of the team responsible for building reputed company, elegant interfaces using Next.js and modern web technologies. Your work will directly impact how thousands of people experience the hiring process. What you'll do:
- Translate design concepts and mockups into dynamic, pixel-perfect web experiences
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and other cutting-edge tools
- Work closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth data flow and user interactions
- Contribute to the overall product design and UX direction with thoughtful feedback and reputed company
- Help ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across reputed company major browsers and devices
reputed company're looking for:
- Strong proficiency with Next.js and the React ecosystem
- A strong interest in using AI to improve and humanize the hiring experience
- Basic knowledge of backend development and Python is a plus
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and reputed company
- Familiarity with user testing, accessibility standards, and performance tuning
This is a remote-friendly position with flexible hours. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,665.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits:
