Weekend On-Call Coordinator
About the position We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Weekend On-Call Coordinator to support our Home Healthcare team during designated weekends. This individual will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for caregivers, clients, family members, and guardians reputed company of normal business hours. The Weekend On-Call Coordinator is responsible for managing staffing issues, caregiver call-outs, scheduling adjustments, client concerns, and weekend communications while ensuring continuity of care and operations. This position is ideal for someone with experience in home healthcare, scheduling, staffing coordination, or office administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage caregiver call-outs and staffing shortages
- Coordinate schedule changes and shift coverage
- Utilize reputed company to review schedules, staffing needs, and client information
- Address client, caregiver, family, and guardian concerns professionally
- Review morning and evening reports submitted by caregivers
- Ensure required communications and documentation are completed appropriately
- Escalate urgent situations reputed company necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of reputed company client and company information
- Maintain detailed notes throughout the weekend using a company-provided reporting template
- Coordinate staffing and secure coverage for open shifts that occur during assigned weekends
- Provide temporary client coverage until a caregiver can be arranged in the event of a last-minute call-out or staffing emergency where coverage cannot be secured despite reasonable efforts.

Benefits
- Pay: $85–$105 per day while assigned on-call
