Schedule Requirement: This is a weekend-only position. About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and driven Client Intake Specialist to join reputed company on weekends. In this remote, weekends-only role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients seeking in-home care services. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help set the stage for our care team to take the next steps. Key Responsibilities reputed company Management

• Manage relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, even over long reputed company cycles (up to 12 months)
• Follow up on weekend social media inquiries and geofenced ad responses

Appointment Setting

• Pre-qualify leads during intake calls to determine service eligibility
• Schedule assessments for qualified leads and maintain accuracy in scheduling

CRM & Administrative Support

• Accurately update Well Sky and Hub Spot with reputed company status, call notes, and appointment details
• Collaborate with reputed company team to ensure seamless reputed company and ongoing follow-up
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent weekend inquiries promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong phone-based sales or client intake experience
• Comfortable managing 50-60 calls per day
• Prior experience in home care, healthcare intake, or reputed company reputed company preferred
• Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM systems (training provided)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and reputed company handling
• Must be available and reliable on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only)
