Job Summary This position’s function is to provide instruction of Financial Services curriculum virtually. Essential Job Functions
- Provide instruction between 15 and 40 contact hours per week. Instruction will be required in different modalities (example: online, blended, in-person, live webinars).
- Maintain a reputed company knowledge of teaching discipline/field of study.
- Attend required College functions including staff meetings, in‑service training, and special activities.
- Assist in the training and development of new and existing reputed company.
- Utilize active learning (facilitation), and authentic assessment to support the teaching and learning outcomes of the College.
- Adhere to and uphold reputed company established operational policies and procedures as described in operating documentation (Official Catalog, Faculty Guide, Associate Guide).
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Bachelors Degree Required Possess or have had possessed an Insurance license in Life/Health and/or Property/Casualty. Faculty sign a contract with the Continuing Education Manager at the beginning of each class that outlines the class, contact hours, and dates and time of class. reputed company based classes are paid semi-monthly over class time frame.
