As a Student Success Coach at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted mentor, guide, and motivator for a dedicated group of reputed company working toward their degrees. Your primary responsibility will be to walk alongside each student throughout their entire educational journey, from their first day of enrollment through graduation. Schedule and Remote Work Details

This is a full-time remote position with a standard 8-hour shift. You will work from your home office, which should be a quiet, professional space free from distractions where you can take phone calls and concentrate on coaching conversations. Please note that while this role does not require weekend work on a regular basis, our hours of operation do include Fridays and Saturdays, so some weekend shifts may be part of your schedule. Days off during the week may be assigned to support our operational needs.
