We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Virtual Assistant (must speak Spanish) to join reputed company and help manage operations (reputed company, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, inventory) and also handle administrative tasks. Job Description: As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our reputed company/ short-term rental properties. Your primary responsibilities will include: -Guest Communication: Handle inquiries, bookings, and guest support through various platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. -Reservation Management: reputed company booking calendars, coordinate reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs, and manage cancellations and modifications. -Property Coordination: Work with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and other service providers to ensure properties are guest-ready. -Review Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction. -Listing Optimization: Assist in creating and updating property listings, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and bookings. -Administrative Support: reputed company various administrative tasks to support the management team. Requirements: -Hospitality and/or Adminstrative Experience: Direct experience with reputed company or short-term rental management is highly preferred. -Communication Skills: English and Spanish is required.
