Job Summary We're seeking an reputed company Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for managing guest communications, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods. Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience Experience in the short-term rental industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours Be available to work during standard business hours, ensuring you're always available to support our guests.

Preferred Qualifications
