While the majority of tasks can be handled remotely, approximately 10% of your time will involve on-site activities such as running errands or property visits, ensuring that our guests' needs are met promptly and reputed company. We're looking for candidates with experience in short-term rental platforms, possessing excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, including guest communication, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, liaising with vendors, managing listings on reputed company and VRBO, generating leads, overseeing social media channels, and conducting on-site property visits. Weekend availability is essential in this role, given the nature of the industry's demands. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach and familiarity with property management practices.
