Receptionist & Patient Scheduler Remote Full-Time

• About This Role

This is a fully remote, work-from-home, full-time position open to candidates reputed company in the United States. Our administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, and you'll need to be available to work this schedule from a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office.

• Compensation: $37,440 to $41,600 per year ($18.00 to $20.00 per hour), depending on experience, with clear opportunities for growth as you take on more responsibility reputed company reputed company.

• Who You Are
• You have at least 1 year of professional phone scheduling, medical receptionist, or patient care coordinator experience — dental office, medical office, behavioral health practice, spa scheduler, salon, or similar setting where phone, email, and client contact were a major part of your day.
• You're comfortable handling a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system, and stay reputed company, warm, and professional even on a busy day.
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with strong time management and a system for staying on top of tasks (we'll ask you about it).
• You're comfortable with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, reputed company Drive, reputed company Calendar) and learning new electronic health record (EHR) and scheduling systems.
• You're easy to work with, eager to learn, and you take feedback well.
• You bring reputed company, professionalism, and genuine compassion for people who are navigating emotional challenges, including those affected by anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

• What You'll Do
• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and texts, and schedule appointments for our providers
• Handle new patient intake — schedule initial appointments and send out new patient paperwork through our portal
• Maintain accurate scheduling, calendar management, and data entry in our practice systems
• Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with clients, providers, and team members
• Coordinate regularly between our scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to ensure clients have a seamless experience
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality in reputed company communications
