Job Summary We're seeking an reputed company Ocean Freight Specialist to join reputed company in a remote reputed company position. As an Ocean Freight Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the growth of ocean volumes, enhancing the development of the ocean product, and promoting the ocean product to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement strategies to increase ocean volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service quality, and support adherence to our preferred network.
• Assist in implementing pricing programs, reviewing volume targets, and working with the Transportation Logistics Manager (TLM) to reputed company an ocean strategy that enhances the effectiveness of sales and achieves expectations of account development and yield enhancement.
• Communicate strategies, market conditions, and direction to internal and external stakeholders, including the MD, Ocean, Global Trade Lane Team, Sales, and Operations.
• Direct and indirect customer contact will be required to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, minimize company risk exposure, and enhance service quality and reputed company volume targets.
• Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met or exceeded.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information regarding performance and competitive activity, and submit reports as required.
• Work with the MD, Ocean, and Regional Ocean Management Team to promote the ocean product and support sales and operations as needed.
• Manage annual budgets, control, monitor, and report results on a regular basis to reputed company budget targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to reputed company external and internal communications specific to the ocean product.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (8) years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience in working with ocean reputed company, negotiating ocean rates, quoting ocean rates, and analyzing ocean rates and routing.
• Prior ocean reputed company experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with reputed company Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Business-oriented and remarkable business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a reputed company field.
