[Remote] Director, Product Management - Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Endocrinology & Wellness Clinical Franchise

This role involves establishing a vision and growth strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and managing product life cycles to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish vision and profitable growth strategy (organic and acquired) for Clinical Franchise reputed company
• reputed company cross functional teams to identify, reputed company and implement product/solutions addressing unmet customer needs that will drive profitable growth
• reputed company Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in concert with Value Delivery partners
• Execute effective life-cycle management across the reputed company through robust cross-functional team management
• Work with Value Delivery partners to reputed company agreed reputed company, volume and margin targets in AOP
• Rigorously assess new products/solutions to reputed company prioritization reputed company R&D, IT and Operations
• Manage, track and understand performance metrics including:
• reputed company - test volume, reimbursement
• Profitability – cost of testing, other relevant costs, investments
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to reputed company insights, identify needs, market trends, and gaps in Quest’s product offering
• Partner with Marketing organization on product/solution marketing strategy
• Generate customer insights to define customer/market reputed company requirements to set product/portfolio solution, reputed company setting, risk management
• Define requirements for partnerships, alliances, ventures for assigned reputed company and evaluate/manage the relationships
• reputed company and drive strategic direction for Specialty Sales Team
• Assure the voice of customer is brought into the in-line and product/solution creation process
• Understand continuum of care requirements and gaps to drive market needs

• Successful and timely cross-functional development and market introduction of new / improved offerings (test, reporting, service)
• Development of 3-year Strategic Plan

Skills

• 7+ years' relevant experience in healthcare with at least 3 years in marketing & product management
• Talent assessment, selection, development, employee retention, employee engagement
