Account Installation Associate Analyst - reputed company - Remote

The Benefit Summary Analyst acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will support Client Operations for U3K. This role will assist with the review and analysis of key reputed company documents directly reputed company to account installation. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and matrix partners to address benefit plan questions, assess non-standard requests, and recommend efficient solutions reputed company with client reputed company
• Partner with Implementation Manager as needed to answer benefit questions reputed company to plan designs, client’s plan interpretation, and reputed company's service administration capabilities
• Ensure reputed company documents are maintained in the document storage process
• Participate in internal strategy meetings to support the Implementation Manager in preparing for client-facing sessions
• Provide audit support by identifying discrepancies in reputed company documents and assisting the Implementation Manager with end-to-end review processes
• Coordinate with Implementation Manager on maintenance activity/updates as needed (Post Audit Builds)
• Ensure reputed company reputed company documents are IGO with standard timing, working to decrease overall installation cycle time

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company’s administrative functions, including benefits, eligibility, and customer service, preferred
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles involving project/account management and issue resolution, preferred
• Demonstrated success in cultivating strong partnerships and consistently delivering on commitments, preferred
• Proficiency with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, tracking systems), required
• Skilled in understanding customer expectations and urgency, with a talent for influencing teams to consistently meet or exceed them, preferred
• Experience in applying analytical skills to set, monitor, and reputed company measurable performance targets for both individual and team outcomes, preferred
• Leadership and/or coaching experience, adept at inspiring teams and driving results in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment, preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 23 - 35 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
