We are seeking a highly reputed company and proactive Director of Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance to join the reputed company Pharmacy Management team. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing compliance team, driving strategic regulatory planning, and overseeing first-line compliance activities that support operational reputed company and risk mitigation. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with legal, operations, technology, and business teams to ensure compliance is embedded into processes and decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of pharmacy regulations, including CMS, DEA, FDA, and state boards of pharmacy.

• Experience working in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
