Key Responsibilities

Document interactions in our customer management system for future reference and improvement. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and encouraging work atmosphere. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during reputed company interactions.
