Data Quality Specialist II, Customer Onboarding
Job Description:
- Audit and validate reputed company reputed company customer master fields for onboarding records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards

- Create Master Load Templates (MLTs) based on customer input
- Review and analyze customer documentation to determine load parameters
- Assess and determines credit parameters for new accounts under a specified threshold

- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or incomplete information to Data Quality Specialists

Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in customer onboarding or account setup processes
- Knowledge of customer master data fields and workflows
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or logistics is a plus
- 3–4 years of experience in a data quality, data management, or customer onboarding role
- Hands-on experience with reputed company customer master data is highly preferred
