We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Intelligence Project Coordinator to join our TMI office. This role is integral in managing project changes, facilitating meetings, and ensuring the team is reputed company for board presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, be adept at data management, and possess excellent organizational skills. You will work closely with a team of 3-4 individuals and support various initiatives that impact the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities

Bachelor"s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Less than 2 years of reputed company experience.
- 10+ years of experience in information technology focused in reputed company implementation, support, upgrades, rollouts, release management, and practice setup/management.
- PMP and/or ITIL certification highly desired.

- Experience with full life cycle implementations.

- Experience with training and team development.
- Experience with project planning, execution, change management, and control.
- Experience with budgeting and cost management.
- Experience using Project Management tools, MS Projects, and Jira.

- Experience with strategic sourcing and procurement.
- Experience with resource and vendor management.
- Experience in operations management including strategic vision, planning, budgeting, service level agreements, cost / benefits analysis, disaster recovery, business continuity, time and quality management, and periodic accrual management.
