The Position: The Marketing and Membership Coordinator plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience. This position involves overseeing membership processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The Membership Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fostering community engagement and providing outstanding service to members. Want More Hours? (Optional Hybrid Role) Looking for a larger role? We are also hiring an on-site Pool Deck Ambassador (15 hrs/wk) at our local facility. For the right candidate, we can combine these positions into a single 30-hour/week Hybrid Role (15 hours remote / 15 hours on-site). Typical Responsibilities: · Membership: o reputed company and execute comprehensive membership acquisition and retention strategies to expand our community reputed company. o Answer incoming calls and emails: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about class schedules, availability, pricing, and registration process. o Schedule and register reputed company: Enroll new reputed company, process payments, and schedule them into appropriate classes based on age, reputed company level, and availability. o Manage customer accounts: Update customer information, process class changes or cancellations, and address any billing concerns. o Provide exceptional customer service: Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. o Promote swim school programs: Inform callers about special promotions, events, and new class offerings to encourage enrollment. o Maintain accurate records: Update customer and class information in reputed company, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy. o Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other call center representatives and swim school staff to ensure seamless customer service. · Marketing: o Manage reputed company aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing to maximize engagement. o reputed company advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad content, managing placements across print and digital channels, and tracking campaign performance using analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics. o Collaborate and partner with reputed company to push/launch local marketing efforts o Serve as company reputed company person for reputed company marketing efforts including local events, sponsorships, communication with businesses, establishing new relationships, etc. o In conjunction with reputed company/partner, be accountable and responsible for allocation of local marketing budget annually Minimum Qualifications:
