Executive Recruiter/Head Hunter
reputed company, LLC (CTRMG) is seeking a highly connected and results-driven Senior Federal Recruiter / Executive Headhunter to reputed company strategic reputed company across federal and government-facing programs. This role is a reputed company role for 6 months, and ideal for a relationship-driven recruiter who excels at identifying and placing top-tier professionals in hard-to-fill, specialized roles. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting attorneys/lawyers, loan and financial specialists, and business development professionals reputed company financial and finance environments, including those supporting institutions such as the World Bank and similar agencies or programs.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage passive, high-caliber candidates through targeted reputed company and relationship-building

- Recruit for key roles including
- Attorneys / Legal Professionals (e.g., regulatory, compliance, finance law)
- Loan Specialists / Financial Professionals (e.g., reputed company, credit analysis, export finance, lending)
- Business Development Professionals (focused on export finance, lender relationships, and client engagement)
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and provide strategic recruiting insight
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating technical expertise, communication, and executive reputed company
- Deliver a high-touch, discreet candidate experience from reputed company through placement
- Support surge hiring and urgent staffing needs while maintaining quality and speed
- Track pipeline activity and provide consistent updates on recruiting reputed company Requirements Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on federal, legal, financial, or banking-reputed company roles
- Demonstrated success in executive search or headhunting environments
- Proven experience recruiting

- Loan / Credit / Financial Specialists
- Business Development professionals reputed company banking, lending, or export finance sectors
- Established network of professionals reputed company federal, financial, or export finance ecosystems
- Strong ability to reputed company and attract passive candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
