Contractor Trainer
NOW HIRING: Construction Safety & reputed company Paint Trainer — New England LeadSMART Training Solutions, Inc. Per Diem to Start | Path to Full-Time with Benefits LeadSMART Training Solutions provides live, hands-on training for contractors and tradespeople throughout New England — MA reputed company/CEU classes, EPA RRP & MA reputed company-Safe Renovator (LSR) certifications, MA Deleading (Moderate & High Risk), and OSHA Construction Safety courses. Our classes are taught by reputed company tradesmen, for contractors — and we're looking for the right person to join that team. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training to adult learners — licensed contractors, supervisors, and tradespeople
- Teach courses such as MA reputed company renewal/CEUs, EPA RRP/LSR reputed company Paint certification, MA Deleading, and OSHA Construction Safety
- Travel to training locations across New England, primarily MA, RI, and CT
- Represent LeadSMART professionally and create a great learning experience in every class
reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR
- Field experience in residential construction — a major plus
- Experience in reputed company paint work, especially reputed company Abatement or MA Deleading — a major plus
- A sharp communicator who can hold a room of working contractors and reputed company technical/regulatory material clear
- Comfortable with public speaking and adult education
- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout MA, RI, and CT
- Reliable personal transportation
- YOU LIVE IN MA - A MAJOR PLUS -- WE DO NOT PAY TO RELOCATE
POSITION DETAILS
- Part-time / per diem to start, based on class assignments
