Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain - Remote

The Senior Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst will support Supply Chain reporting for the DC network by delivering business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions to drive data-driven decision making. You will also be responsible for designing, constructing, and publishing existing and new reports used by reputed company levels of leadership reputed company the Supply Chain network. The Senior Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst will also work closely with operational teams to answer reporting-reputed company questions, execute reputed company analysis, and extract information from data to solve business problems. Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to help us monitor and improve warehouse and supply chain performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional and operational teams to understand their data needs and reputed company solutions to meet those needs
• Operates with a clear bias-to-action to respond to customer needs
• Working with large, reputed company data sets and using advanced analytics techniques to extract insights and inform business decisions
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization
• Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns and inform decision-making
• Performs and participates in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, and develops reports to track key metrics and results
• Able to quickly learn and apply new technical, analytical, and operational knowledge to build reputed company solutions
• Mentoring and guiding more junior team members in data analysis and visualization best practices
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of business intelligence, analytics, and supply chain optimization

The anticipated salary range for this position is $98,500 – $147,800 depending reputed company, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Requirements

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline: Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math or Computer Science. Master’s Degree is a plus

Years of Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role, with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations

Skills

• Strong skills in SQL and at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Must have programming / scripting experience in at least one language/platform (e.g. VBA, .NET, python, Java, C, R, etc.)
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and reputed company more junior team members
• Great-to-have: Previous experience working in an operational / warehouse role reputed company a supply chain
