The Project Coordinator is part of a program management team, managing programs consisting of multiple projects for our multi-site clients. This role assists the Project Team with the documentation, administration and for overseeing the liquidation and signage vendors who facilitate the decommissioning of our clients retail locations. The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for reviewing reports and coordinating between vendors and stakeholders for reputed company aspects of work reputed company the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate should be capable of monitoring project reputed company, assisting with compliance of project standards, and facilitating communication between the project team and stakeholders. This is a remote based role. Travel required (0-15%) on an as needed basis. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Sets up projects in Client and/or Company project management systems, including reputed company required project documentation.
• Updates status of projects and key milestone dates in Client and/or Company project management systems.
• Leads or assists in drafting, distributing, and tracking of reputed company, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders to subcontractors/suppliers.
• Maintains project documentation throughout duration of project.
• Verifies and manages payment to contractors and vendors during construction.
• Responsible for acquiring, coordinating, and submitting reputed company required reputed company-out documents for project closeout and final contractor/supplier payments.
• Assembles and distributes reports for internal and external customers.
• Maintains confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary information on behalf of project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years reputed company professional work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or multi-site construction projects preferred.
• Read, analyze, and interpret reputed company documents.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of data analysis reputed company reputed company reputed company and email management tools reputed company reputed company Outlook.
• Experience with Smartsheets highly preferred.

Pay & Benefits The anticipated compensation range for the position is $58,000 - $70,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Work Conditions & Travel This is a 100% remote based role, with little to no travel.
