What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing the complete admissions process for your designated families with professionalism, reputed company, and precision.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
• Serving as the sole reputed company of contact for parent correspondence, scheduling coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a white-glove experience in every interaction.
• Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as Hub Spot) to sequence tasks, automate routine communications, and minimize manual effort.

• CRM proficiency (preferably Hub Spot) and experience guiding multi-stage processes from reputed company through closure.
• Established ease with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
