Job Description:

  • Execute the Treasury Management Specialty Sales Strategy
  • Responsible for managing the specialty sales portfolio, generating new business and providing representation of the bank in the market
  • reputed company new/enhanced business relationships with select clients nationally and reputed company the Bank’s footprint
  • Consultative selling to targeted niches reputed company Treasury Management is responsible for meeting individual annual sales goals
  • Strategizing to reputed company and reputed company the deposit/treasury niches, developing and executing sales strategies to retain and fully penetrate new treasury management relationships
  • Educate and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective clients
  • Drive visibility through industry engagement, conference participation and other activities to reputed company prospective client relationships and generate treasury management fee reputed company and operating balances
  • Effectively manage operational risk and compliance associated with role

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Certified treasury Professional (CTP) preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, payment centric industries sales or treasury management sales experience
  • Proven experience in reputed company, comprehensive payments/technological solutions and a strong understanding of reputed company business applications and risk management protocols
  • Ability to generate calling activity and corresponding business by being a self-starter and leading opportunities independent of lending/credit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional planning, time management, and organization skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and build relationships
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
