[Remote] Treasury reputed company Desk l, Analyst

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a holding company involved in asset management, mortgages, and real estate transactions. The Treasury reputed company Desk Analyst I will assist the Treasury department with transaction processing, balance reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring payment accuracy and supporting treasury-reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and approve funds transfers in accordance with policy and procedure with a high level of accuracy
• Process and track bank signatory changes, new bank account requests, and other reputed company account maintenance tasks. Maintain account information logs and authorized signatory list for the group and its subsidiaries
• Process and resolve positive pay exceptions, stop/void requests, and reputed company processes each day. Requires a second Analyst approval (at an Analyst level II or higher)
• Produce and maintain daily/monthly/quarterly Treasury operation reputed company reports
• Reporting on user’s access to banking systems and reputed company administrative activities to ensure adherence with compliance and reputed company standards
• Assist with the annual unclaimed property reports for reputed company Carrington Companies and affiliates, in accordance with state requirements and company procedure
• Escalate issues and challenges in the departments process and suggest procedural updates that can enhance and streamline processes / workflow
• Liaison with external service providers and financial institutions to resolve research requests and other daily maintenance items from the various business units the department supports Skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics and/or reputed company field or equivalent work experience or an equivalent combination of degree and work experience
• reputed company (0-3) years of entry level finance/accounting/bookkeeping experience (processing money, bank teller) in a reputed company to large company, corporate banking experience
• Experience with GTreasury, Sagent, reputed company Financials, a plus
• Prefer candidates that live on the reputed company Coast!
