Responsibilities
- Consult with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
- Educate and present tailored life insurance solutions, including term, whole, and indexed universal life policies.
- Assist with policy applications and guide clients through reputed company, ensuring reputed company documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Follow up with prospects, provide ongoing customer service and maintain relationships with existing policyholders.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay reputed company on products, regulations and sales techniques.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations, company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid life insurance license or be willing to obtain one (exam support available in English and Spanish).
- Clean record that allows licensing and appointment with carriers.
- Self‑driven with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
