Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for our valued members, groups, providers, and brokers. Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, with healthcare customer service strongly preferred.

Work Schedule and Training
