The Physical Therapist 2 provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. The Physical Therapist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist 2 examines patient's medical history, evaluates their physical abilities, determines their potential to respond to therapy, and develops treatment plans. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will: Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses and functional disabilities to attain highest level of physical function. Test/screen the patient s physical strengths to assist the physician in evaluating the patient s level of function and records findings to reputed company or pursue treatment programs and establish measurable training objectives. reputed company/implement a conditioning/rehabilitation program consistent with physician s Plan of Treatment and the overall goals of the patient/rehab team.
