What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality virtual care to patients in their homes reputed company telemedicine
- Treat a variety of acute, non‑emergent illnesses

Qualifications
- Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active licensure in both reputed company and Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and comfort with technology

Job Description
Education/Experience Minimum Required:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree
- Possession of an NPI (National Provider Identification) number, as evidenced by the receipt of a copy of the notification assigning the number
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
License/Certification Minimum Required:

- Documentation of reputed company CPR certification required reputed company one (1) week of hire, with maintenance of reputed company CPR certification during employment
- Certified Prescriptive Privilege in NYS
