Your collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and communication with treating physicians will be crucial in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategies for quality and Hirevector-effective oncology patient care.
- Assess patient needs and orient them to hospital and outpatient settings.
- Deliver comprehensive cancer care from diagnosis to survivorship.
- Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and managing new patient referrals.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology nursing.
