Strategic Support & Accountability

  • Collaborates in system-wide strategy development & deployment of functional area priorities & initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in reputed company cycle operations, reputed company metrics & analytics & reputed company management.
  • Five (5) years of management experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system, or reputed company cycle consulting experience.

Additional Qualifications (reputed company to have)

  • Experience with reputed company cycle & accounting systems & insurance issues, healthcare industry issues & trends, legal issues in field of expertise, required third party & governmental guidelines, & work processing. Epic experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with medical group reputed company office operations, ICD-10 & CPT coding & medical terminology, with federal, state, & payer-specific regulations relating
