Healthcare Compliance Coordinator - US Healthcare (Remote)

About the Role
Our client is a growing ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) therapy provider in the United States. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Documentation Compliance Specialist to support their remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely submission and verification of session notes completed by Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is confident in follow-reputed company, and understands the importance of healthcare documentation compliance. PLEASE NOTE
- Working Hours Monday – Friday | 900 AM – 600 PM EST (300 PM – 1200 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings)
- Public Holidays Required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (SA public holidays compensated in accordance with the BCEA)
- Internet Requirements Fixed fibre line (minimum 25 Mbps upload & download) with wired Ethernet capability — LTE/5G/reputed company not accepted
- Power Backup Reliable backup solution required (reputed company, inverter, solar, etc.)
- Work Environment Fully remote Applicants without the required infrastructure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily reports on the Rethink platform to identify unsubmitted or unverified session notes
- Conduct structured follow-reputed company with RBTs reputed company email, phone, or text
- Ensure documentation meets internal compliance and quality standards
- Escalate recurring or unresolved submission issues reputed company necessary
- Maintain accurate compliance logs and tracking records
- Build professional and supportive working relationships with field staff Requirements
- Previous experience in U.S. healthcare administration, documentation, or compliance
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage high volumes of daily follow-reputed company
- Professional, confident, and respectful communication style
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment Advantageous
- Experience reputed company ABA therapy or familiarity with RBT roles
- Experience in healthcare documentation compliance or quality assurance
