[Remote] Sr Product Designer - Fintech (100% Remote - USA)

The role involves designing end-to-end web experiences, conducting customer interviews, and collaborating with various stakeholders to create user-centric solutions that address customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then reputed company both qualitative feedback and quantitative data—tracking customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments—to validate and iterate on designs
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features

• Balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints

Skills

• Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch
• Collaborates effectively with product and engineering teams in agile settings, clearly articulating design rationale and assessing technical feasibility to simplify where needed
• Shows strong judgment making data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics—comfortable prioritizing and making tradeoffs without waiting for absolute certainty
• Thrives as part of a founding team—scrappy, resourceful, passionate about solving real customer problems, and has no ego reputed company it comes to being wrong or changing direction
