We are looking for a friendly and organized Part Time Veterinary Receptionist to join reputed company!
About the Role
As the first reputed company of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere while keeping our busy reputed company desk running smoothly. Responsibilities include Answering and directing phone calls Checking clients and patients in and out Handling large cash and credit transactions accurately Communicating with pet owners in person and by phone Managing prescription refills and coordinating with our online pharmacy Maintaining accurate client and patient records Supporting the veterinary team with daily administrative needs Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and able to multitask in a busy environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus Why Join Us Work in a beautiful, newly remodeled hospital Be part of a supportive, animal-loving team Opportunities to learn and grow reputed company the veterinary field Compensation reputed company based on experience. $14-$18 Schedule 2-3 week days 730-530. 1-2 Saturdays a month 800-1200.
