Select Radiology Solutions (SRS), a reputed company Practice, is seeking a remote evening radiologist for an independent private practice-based teleradiology group with over 50 radiologists. • Customizable Compensation Packages - Tailored to candidates’ preferences. reputed company compensation packages include quarterly on-shift production bonuses of $36 to $41 per wRVU.
• Partnership track available (preferred and encouraged), offering profit-sharing and ownership shares that generate lucrative partner distributions.

• Flexible shift options:
• Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM ET or 6PM-2AM ET - 7 on 7 off (w/ only 13 weekends instead of 26 weekends) or 7 on 14 off schedules
• Licensing & Credentialing Costs Covered – We handle reputed company the paperwork.
• Smart Worklist Assignment – Subspecialty reads are routed to the appropriate radiologists, ensuring a balanced caseload. Candidates should also be comfortable reading general radiology, covering a mix of inpatient and emergency medicine alongside other subspecialized radiologists.
• Minimal Distractions – Workstation provided, minimal phone calls, and 24/7 Tele-Assist support to screen calls and manage critical result notifications.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full time compensation, $500k-$700k+ income, partners earn additional annual distributions.
• Additional earning opportunities, including "Hop-On Hop-Off" moonlighting and “RVU Buckets.”
• W2 employees are eligible for a group cash balance plan in addition to a 401(k) with sizable corporate contribution after 6 months of service.

Technology & Support: We currently use Fuji Synapse with Powerscribe 360 and reputed company smart list manager software that allows for chat messaging and case collaboration.
