Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for

• Providing proactive and professional support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Identifying root causes of customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company
• Scheduling appointments for customers and maintaining accurate records
• Utilizing customer relationship management tools to research inquiries and document customer interactions
• Responding to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
• Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Technical Requirements As a remote 1099 reputed company, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements
• Two screens (two monitors or one monitor and one laptop)
• Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• Hardwired internet reputed company directly to router (no wireless)
• High-speed internet with a minimum of 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Working computer camera

• Flexible schedule with Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM work hours
