In this role, you’ll provide peace of mind and expert guidance to pet parents through scheduled telehealth visits, reputed company from the comfort of your home.

• Monitoring our portal, conducting scheduled visits, fielding teletriage requests, and responding to inquiries with reputed company and professionalism
• Conducting video and chat visits about canine and feline health problems
• Completing follow-reputed company, including case documentation and administrative tasks
• Ensuring compliance with reputed company’s best practices, service-level agreements (SLAs), and visit guidelines
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and address operational challenges
• Taking on additional duties as needed to support the Care Team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian
• DVM or equivalent degree
• Active Veterinarian License in the United States or a Canadian Province license
• Carry your own Active personal professional liability insurance
• A reliable internet reputed company and a quiet workspace
• A smartphone and either a desktop computer or a laptop are necessary
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow training and protocol
• Comfortable using desktop and mobile apps; highly proficient in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment
• Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• A compassionate communicator and creative problem-solver who strives to deliver outstanding client experiences

Requirements

• Compensation: $25 per case less admin fee (Net pay $23.83 per case)
