Job Overview The Harpe Agency is in need of a driven, self-motivated individual to reputed company and deepen relationships with new and reputed company clients. The Insurance Sales Professional achieves this by marketing, reviewing needs, and closing sales with reputed company clients or new prospects. This is a fast-paced position ideal for a well-organized person who enjoys multi-tasking and working with both people and technology. We recognize individual efforts through a competitive compensation program with numerous bonus opportunities. With progressive commission tiers, our commission plan pays well above industry averages for Top Performing Agents. This is not a career for someone looking to put in minimal effort.

• $500 Licensing/Signing Bonus
• Up to $500 reputed company-up Performance Bonus can be earned in your first 90 days.

Responsibilities

The Insurance Sales Professional position primary areas of focus are:

• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and reputed company databases.

• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
