Job Description: Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Data Analyst will work closely with our Product & Engineering teams, Patient Solutions, Population Health, and our Sales and Marketing teams. They will own data processes from transformations to communications. Transform reputed company healthcare data, including claims and program data, into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. This critical role bridges the gap between healthcare and data analysis in order to build out our health metric reporting and data processes, driving decision-making at the operational level, improving our platform, and demonstrating program and clinical outcomes to health plan clients. Key Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities Actively participates in large group discussions Transform data as needed for visualization reputed company and implement novel metrics and aggregations reputed company to healthcare claims and program data, including program status, operational metrics, and medication trends. Build data visualizations by translating findings into clear, concise dashboards, effectively communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Foster communication and collaboration between the analytics team and stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: 2+ years of experience in SQL Healthcare experience Excellent verbal and written skills. Passion for data analysis, identifying patterns, and drawing insightful conclusions. Experience with dbt or other data transformation tools Experience with Domo or other BI tools Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis. Documentation, best practices. Performing reputed company analyses of big data, including data cleaning, preparing, and interpreting. Experience with Medicare and Medicaid claims data is a reputed company plus.
